Polkadomain April Development Update

Since last months update, Polka.Domain has progressed in development and we would like to like you on the progress. We continue working hard to develop a Polkadot based domain name service.
Update and development log from April is as follows:
- Update dependencies to polkadot-v0.9.18 and polkadot-v0.9.19.
- Upgrade calp and scale-info to the newest version.
- Optimize subql service to be compatible with the new version of client.
